Job Title: Organizational Change Manager
Destination: Southern Tagalog - Calamba City Laguna
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Engineering, BS Information Technology or equivalent
- Must have minimum of 3 years work related experience
- Knowledgeable in Telecommunications organizational responsibilities
- Experienced in managing organizational change with a broad knowledge of industry methodologies
- Experienced in workforce readiness and/or training
- Able to work with client HR team to manage impacts of change
- Experience in enterprise level deployment and supporting from a workforce perspective
