• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Must have 3-5 years of administrative-level assistant or marketing /sales assistant experience.
• Must have good communication (verbal and written) skills in English, AMERICAN English proficiency (grammar, diction, enunciation, pronunciation, comprehension).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated excellent computer skills; Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint, prefer knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent inter personal skills.
• Fluent in English, prefer one additional language (Italian, Spanish and German).
• Energy for fast-paced, multi-tasking environment; enthusiastic team player.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work well under pressure while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
