Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Male or Female, 27 - 35 years old.
- Must be able to produce basic risk assessment for glass installation projects.
- Must be able to prepare project schedules and progress report as well.
- Must be able to understand the mechanics behind of glass construction or installation project.
- Shall manage and supervise site related work in accordance with specifications and work schedule.
- Shall execute his task independently, while working cohesively with his co-workers from the office, on site, or with external parties, to complete his task on time, quality and budget.
- Shall be well verse in drafting software like Auto-Cad to enable him to produce construction drawing for work to be carried out on site.
- 10 Full-Time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Design and drafting of glasses and constructions plans using Auto-Cad software or manually.
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring of work plans for projects in progress.
- Planning of material usage and allocation
- Attending of site meetings to understand the progress of the projects.
- Sourcing of materials, accessories and parts for different type of design and projects.
- Coordination with Quantity Surveyor for claims and quotations.
- Planning of manpower for different projects.
- Liaison with relevant parties eg. Main contractor and parties concerning for project in progress.
